Frequently Asked Questions

Your consultation is a private, one-on-one conversation with a licensed provider. We discuss your goals, assess your features, and build a tailored plan with transparent pricing. The consultation fee is credited toward your first treatment.

That is the entire philosophy here. Treatments are carefully dosed and placed to enhance your natural features rather than change them, so the result looks like a more rested, refreshed version of you.

It depends on the treatment. Most injectable treatments have little to no downtime, with possible minor redness or swelling that settles quickly. Resurfacing treatments such as microneedling or chemical peels may involve a few days of mild redness or flaking. Your provider will review what to expect for your specific plan.

Timelines vary by treatment. Neuromodulator results typically appear over several days, filler results are visible right away and continue to settle, and collagen-stimulating treatments develop gradually over weeks. Longevity also varies by treatment and individual, and your provider will give you realistic expectations during your consultation.

All treatments are performed by a licensed Physician Associate (PA-C) with advanced injectable training. You see the same provider each visit for true one-to-one continuity of care.

Arrive with clean skin where possible, and let your provider know about any medications, supplements, or recent treatments in advance. For some treatments it helps to avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications beforehand when medically appropriate — your provider will give you specific guidance when you book.

Yes. We offer two monthly memberships — The Study at $125/month and The Studio at $189/month — designed for clients who treat consistently. Each includes member pricing, priority booking, and either banked treatment credits or included services.

Memberships begin with a six-month minimum and then continue month to month, billed automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.

Yes. After the initial six-month term you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Cancelling during the first six months may involve an early-termination fee, which your provider will explain at enrollment.

The Study’s monthly credits are valid for twelve months from issuance and roll over while your membership stays active. You can upgrade from The Study to The Studio at any time, with banked credits remaining valid.
